I'm sure all you mommies can relate when I say that I always put myself last, especially when it comes to the wardrobe department. I feel like I've literally bought myself a handful of things since the girls were born. When you see me and the girls out and about you will always see them in the newest, cutest clothes, all put together, bows in the perfect place with coordinating shoes and accessories, then you look at me and I'm well, wearing clothes I had from before I was pregnant with Jules. Okay, not every piece but I'm pretty much in my mommy uniform 24/7, which come in two versions. Version one, is the run errands and stay home all day look, this includes yogas, some tennis, a v-neck or some sort of graphic tee. The second option is pretty much the same but I throw on some jeans and slip on some flip flops, this is my lets go out, have some dinner, throw on some jewelry to fancy it up for a birthday party, look. At this point, with two kids, it's honestly all about comfort, something I can easily put together and not have to think too much about but I'm determined to get my fashionable self back, so I'm getting rid of lots of old clothing pieces and spoiling myself for once and starting fall off right, with some new pieces. Here are a couple of my fall must haves, best part is they still fall under that comfy mommy zone!

Loved this post. So true...I told my hubby I need to start trying harder to look cute when I leave the house haha
ReplyDeleteYes! Those "mom days" are usually the days you run into people. That's the worst. Ha
